6 lbs. tomatoes (very ripe), chopped
6 lbs. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 box raisins
1 orange, quartered (no skin)
1 gal. water

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Let stand, covered exactly 15 days. Strain through two thicknesses of muslin cloth. Bottle and drink chilled.
