1 gal. blackberries
1 gal. water
3 lbs. sugar
1 pkg. yeast

Mix all ingredients in a 2 gallon crock jar. Cover jar with a cloth and let set 48 hours. Strain liquid and pour into bottles. Ferment 5 to 7 days, then seal with a cork.
