GRAPE "BALLOON" WINE 
3 (6 oz.) cans frozen grape juice
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 oz. cake yeast

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Pour all ingredients into a gallon jug. Fill to the neck with warm water. Cap with a balloon. Let stand for 6 weeks in a warm place. Siphon into bottles and cap.

This is done with any frozen concentrate juice. I make this with 5 Gallon and an Air lock. It still comes out the same. I started out using this method and worked so well I had to make it in a bigger scale. I now use wine yeast for a better flavor and dropped the extra 1/2 cup sugar per Gallon. Heck I even made coffee wine using this same method. (A little secret, longer it sets the stronger it gets). Enjoy and Happy brewing!
