DATE ICE BOX PUDDING 
2 c. dates (cut up)
1/4 c. fruit juice or cream
2 c. cut to marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1/2 lb. graham crackers (crushed)
1 c. coconut

Blend all the ingredients and form into a loaf. Wrap in wax paper and chill several hours in the refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce.
