1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. mini chocolate covered peanut butter cups (40 cups per pkg.)

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients; mix well and blend in. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shape batter into 1" balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately and press a peanut butter cup in each until only top shows. Let set awhile before removing from tins.
