TROPIC CREAM JELLO 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. vanilla ice cream (about)
1 sm. can mandarin orange segments
1 med. can chunk pineapple

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice cream until gelatin begins to thicken. Drain orange and pineapple chunks. Stir drained fruit into thickened gelatin. Pour into gelatin mold. Refrigerate overnight, unmold and garnish.
