EASY POPOVERS 
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Grated cheese (optional)

Brown the ground beef; drain all fat and add barbecue sauce. Separate crescent rolls into 4 large squares (shaping by hand). Spoon 1/4 of the beef mixture into center of each dough square. If using grated cheese, add it to the meat mixture by sprinkling at this time. Fold the corners of the dough into the center in a pinwheel fashion. Bake at 375 degrees.
