SHARYN'S FRIED RICE 
2 c. minute rice
Leftover chicken or turkey, minced
1/4 lb. bacon
4 eggs
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

While cooking rice (good way to use leftover rice). Fry bacon until crispy. Pat dry on paper towel covered plate. Fry eggs in half of bacon grease until hard, mince with spatula. Add meat and bacon and heat momentarily. Add rice and spice with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve when hot. Kids love it.
