DATE NUT BALLS 
2 c. chopped dates
2 tbsp. cream cheese
6 tbsp. honey
Dash orange rind
Chopped nuts or graham cracker crumbs

Cream dates, cheese and honey until pasty. Add rind and enough nuts or crumbs to make stiff. Chill until firm, shape into balls with buttered hands, roll in more nuts, sesame seeds or coconut.
