SALMON LOAF 
2 (1 lb.) cans salmon, boned
2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. heated milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Bake in pan of water at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
