VERMICELLI SALAD 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, chopped
2 or 3 cloves, garlic chopped
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 pkg. vermicelli (cooked and drained)
1 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. seasoning salt
3 tbsp. Wesson oil

MARINATE OVER:

1 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion
1/2 c. green onion
1 sm. can chopped dry olives
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all above. Best when refrigerated overnight.
