1 lb. tasso 1 lb. beef 1 lb. pork 1 lg. can mushrooms Bell pepper Parsley Cooked rice Onion tops Celery Seasonings to taste (salt, black and red pepper, Tony Chacere's) Cut tasso, pork and beef into cubes and cook in a small amount of fat until brown and tender. Add the chopped bell pepper and celery and cook until wilted. Add the onion tops, parsley and the mushrooms and seasoning to taste. Add the cooked rice. Toss lightly. Serves 10 people. |
