GARLIC PARMESAN BREAD STICKS 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tbsp. malted milk powder
1 tsp. salt
Melted butter
Garlic salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. honey
4-4 1/2 c. flour
Parmesan cheese, grated

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in malted milk powder, honey and salt. Add flour gradually until dough forms a ball. Turn onto floured surface and lightly knead. Divide dough into 12 pieces; shape each one into a long thin rope 10-12 inches long.

Arrange on greased baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Let rise 15-30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
