RICOTTA PIE 
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 doz. eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 Hershey bar, grated (lg. curls)
1 reg. unbaked pie crust

Place pie crust in bottom and sides of Pyrex oblong pan. Mix above ingredients together and put in pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
