RICOTTA PIE 
2 pkg. Crescent rolls refrigerated dough
1 lb. ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper
Grated cheese
Parsley
Egg
Mozzarella

Spread dough out (it comes in triangles) widthwise in a pan and pinch together. Mix together remaining ingredients. Lay in center only, then overlap tops and pinch together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Note: You could also add pepperoni and - or ham and drained spinach. Good for hors d'ouvres or Sunday night snacking.
