SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. milk
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. regular sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour into baking dish.

Topping:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped

Sprinkle with crumbly mix topping.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
