SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potato
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice

Topping:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2-quart baking dish. Mix thoroughly all potato ingredients. Spread in dish.

Combine topping ingredients and cover the potato ingredients.

Bake 40 minutes.
