CLARK BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1/4 c. water
1 c. peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips

Cook first 3 ingredients, bring to a boil of 290 degrees with candy thermometer. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and mix ONLY until blended. Pour onto a greased 9 x 13 pan and cut in pieces immediately. Then cool for 1-2 hours and dip into melted chocolate.
