QUICK CHILI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
16 oz. can chili beans
12 oz. can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers
2 c. corn chips, lightly crushed
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In heavy skillet, cook beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until beef browns slightly; discard fat. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add beans and corn, undrained and chili powder. Mix well. Top with corn chips and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
