BROILED SPRING CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. broiling chicken, dressing, cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Dash seasoned salt
Dash lemon pepper

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Brush chicken with butter; rub with salt and pepper. Place under broiler; brown evenly; turn and brown other side. Allow 30 minutes or more to cook so joints are not rare. Baste with pan juices; add water if needed. Makes 8 (2 ounce) servings, 20 calories per serving. Exchanges per serving: 2 ounce = 2 lean meat.
