KEY LIME PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. lime juice (use key lime)
1 graham cracker pie shell

Bake pie shell 5 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.

Put 2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg in mixing bowl. Beat slightly by hand. Add condensed milk. Mix well. Add lime juice, mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold in condensed milk mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool and chill. Serve topped with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
