ORANGE VELVET PIE 
10 inch graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg. orange flavored gelatin (other flavors can be used)
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. orange or grapefruit juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
Approx. 2 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Ingredients can be combined with electric mixer or in food processor. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in all other ingredients except pie crust and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until almost set. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into crust. Refrigerate until set.
