KC'S SKILLET BREAKFAST RICE 
2 eggs, slightly scrambled
3 green onions, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crispy
4 c. instant rice
4 c. water
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce

Fry bacon crispy, set bacon aside, drain grease from skillet. Add 2 eggs and slightly scramble in pan. Add chopped onions. Cook until eggs are done. Add seasonings. Add rice and mix together well. Add in 3 crumbled pieces of bacon. Mix in. Add water, cook until rice begins to boil. Turn off heat and cover for 5 minutes. Remove cover and fold in soy sauce.

Serve with remaining bacon, eggs, toast or muffins.

Enjoy.
