BREAKFAST RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked long-grain rice
2/3 c. milk
4 tsp. sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom

Combine all ingredients in 4 cup microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on High 2 minutes until creamy and thickened. Makes 2 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
