CHOCOLATE UPSIDEDOWN CAKE 
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Duncan Hines (cake mix German chocolate)

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Line with wax paper. Place pecans and coconut on bottom of pan. Mix cake as directed. Pour in pan over coconut pecans. Mix icing thoroughly.

Spread lightly over top of UNBAKED cake. Put in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. As cake bakes icing goes to bottom of pan. Take cake out of oven and invert on plate.
