SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain well. Combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise and eggs. Fold in spinach. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with a little butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
