GERMAN CUCUMBER SALAD | |
2 large cucumbers 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup dairy sour cream 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. dry dill 1 tsp. paprika Peel cucumber and slice very thin. Place cucumbers in container and sprinkle with salt. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes. Squeeze liquid out of cucumbers. Whisk remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
