HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. onion, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese

Mix together all ingredients. When ready to bake top with extra cheese and crushed potato chips on top. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, uncovered.
