large can of beans, any kind
add diced tomatoes
barbecue sauce
chopped green pepper
garlic powder

Amounts will vary according to the number you are cooking for.

Add meat, all or one of the following: bacon (cooked and cut up), ham (cooked and cubed), kielbasa (cut up) or meatballs (small Italian). Simmer in crock-pot for 2 - 3 hours.
