EASY MIDEASTERN PILAF 
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine broth, onion, butter, raisins and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds and parsley. 4 servings.
