FLANK STEAK MARINADE 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix all above ingredients well. Marinate steaks 24 hours, turning 3 or 4 times. Recipe may be doubled if using more than 1 flank steak.
