CLASSIC GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
2 cans any style, green beans, drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onion rings

Conventional Oven: In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in beans and 1/2 can French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes. Serves 6.

Microwave Oven: Prepare as above in a microwave-save casserole. Cover. Microwave on high 7 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Microwave uncovered 1 minute. Serves 6.

Tip: This recipe may be doubled. Prepare as directed except using a 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Increase microwave cooking time to 10 minutes. Conventional oven time remains the same.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
