CREAMY AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 c. onions
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Ore Ida hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. shredded cheese

Grease 9x13 inch pan. In saucepan, cook onions until tender; stir in soups and cream cheese, stirring constantly. In pan, alternate potatoes and sauce. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Remove from oven and add cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese is melted.
