POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
1 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. grated cheese 4 c. cooked, diced potatoes 1 c. bread crumbs, buttered 1/4 c. chopped onion Prepare sauce with milk, flour, butter and salt. Add onion and cheese and stir until melted. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish; pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in moderate oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
