CROCK POT STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and pour over meat; stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook on low, 10 to 12 hours, or high, 4 to 6 hours. Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
