VENISON HASH 
2 tbsp. bacon fat
1 lg. chopped onion
3 c. cooked chopped venison
2 med. potatoes, diced
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. broth from venison roast
1/4 tbsp. seasoned and black pepper

Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add flour and brown. Add broth and other ingredients. Put into casserole dish and bake in 375 degree oven until potatoes are done.
