TEQUILLABERRY'S SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chop small
1/2 head cauliflower, chop small
1/2 head cabbage, finely shredded
1 lb. bacon
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. red onion, chop small; optional
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar

Cut bacon into small pieces; fry and drain. (Bacos will not work.) In large bowl add lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, onion, bacon (cooked and drained).

DRESSING: In separate bowl mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; mix dressing and let set. Pour over cabbage and serve.
