CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF ON TOAST 
5 oz. dry chipped beef
2 1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour

Break or cut beef into pieces. Saute until edges curl. Push dried beef to one side and blend flour into butter. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. Serve on toast or biscuits. 4-5 servings.
