1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cocoa
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Blend in dry ingredients. Beat well again. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a 9 x 12 x 2 inch greased pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
