1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon, salt, allspice, nutmeg, soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. mashed, cooked prunes
1 c. chopped nuts

Break eggs in bowl, add oil, vanilla and sift dry ingredients and mix into above mixture. Add prunes and nuts. Pour batter into oiled and flour dusted bundt pan or 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees and test with toothpick. While warm, pick with fork and pour over following glaze: 1/2 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. white Karo syrup 1 stick butter
