STROMBOLI 
1/4 lb. sausage
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg, separated
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. each oregano, dry mustard, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 lb. sliced boiled ham

Brown sausage in skillet, drain. Roll dough into 2 rectangles. Combine egg yolk, olive oil and seasonings in bowl and mix. brush over dough. Layer pepperoni, sausage, cheese and ham over top. Roll to enclose filling, seal tightly using toothpicks if necessary.

Place seam side down on baking sheets. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with additional parsley and oregano. Allow to rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into slices.
