CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. chocolate chips

CRUST FOR PIE:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
4 tbsp. cold water
2/3 c. pecans, chopped

Beat first 4 ingredients in bowl until well blended. Blend in butter; stir in chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Yield: 8 servings.
