BERRY YAM BAKE | |
1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter 2 (29 oz.) cans yams, drained 1 can whole cranberries (drain off jell) 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Combine flour, sugar, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Toss 1 cup crumb mixture, 3/4 cup marshmallows with yams and cranberries. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, broil until lightly browned. |
