MAPLE-BACON PANCAKE | |
1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 tbsp. sugar 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. maple syrup 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 12 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular baking pan 13 x 9. Beat Bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup and 1/2 cup cheese with beater until smooth. Pour into pan; top with crumbled bacon and remaining cheese until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with maple syrup. |
