PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. mustard
2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns

Boil ingredients, except mushrooms. Pour over mushrooms and simmer 5-6 minutes. Chill in covered bowl, overnight. Drain and serve.
