SHRIMPLY DELICIOUS 
3/4 lb. raw, peeled, deveined shrimp, fresh or frozen
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green chili peppers
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Parsley (garnish)

Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Combine flour, garlic, salt, and pepper. Roll shrimp in flour mixture. Heat oil in electric frypan to 350 degrees. Fry shrimp until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, chili peppers, and sherry; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot, cooked rice. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
