HARVEY APPLE PIE 
2 1/2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. orange juice (I use frozen), push out of can
1 stick real butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Put in saucepan, the butter and melt. Add sugar (1/2 cup) and orange juice. Add the sliced apples to warm mixture, then add the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and the 2 tablespoons flour. Mix well. Pour into 9 inch crust and top with lattice strips. Bake at 350 degrees to 325 degrees for 1 hour. Very good!

I use 2 frozen pie shells. Put the mixture onto cook after making my lattice.
