HEALTH MUFFINS 
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 c. all bran
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. dark molasses
3/4 c. raisins

Combine egg, milk and molasses; pour over all bran; let stand. Combine flour, wheat germ, salt and soda; stir into bran mixture. Melt butter and add. Stir in raisins. Makes 12 muffins. Use the paper in muffin tins or grease and flour well. Bake for 25 minutes in 375 degree oven.
