HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 lg. bag extra wide noodles
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
4 c. water
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt to taste
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

In large skillet brown ground meat; drain. Add chopped vegetables, seasoning and water. Bring to boil, add noodles and simmer until noodles are tender and water has cooked down. Top with grated cheese. Let stand long enough for cheese to melt.
