THIRTY MINUTE WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
6 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
10 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Combine 3 1/2 cups warm water, oil, sugar and yeast in large bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add salt and eggs; mix well. Add flour gradually, stirring until well blended. Turn onto floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic. Shape as desired. Place on baking sheet. Let rise in warm place for 10 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. May substitute 1/2 cup honey for sugar.
